PLUSHIE CRAFTERS In the Plushie Crafters party game, your goal is to score points by satisfying customers with plushies. Grab plushies and craft materials from the arts & crafts store (Shop Row) and create a custom plushie to meet a customer's desires. Score the most points to win, or work together to clear all customers as fast as possible! SETUP The game uses 3 decks of cards: The plushie deck, the supply deck, and the customer deck. First, take 8 cards from the customer deck and put them face-down on the table without looking. Flip over the top 4 cards to form the Customer Row. Next, put the plushie and craft decks on the table and flip over the top 3 cards of each to form the Shop Row. Decide who goes first, and start playing. PLAY At the start of your turn, you can take up to one plushie card and one craft card from the Shop Row and add them to your inventory, putting them face-up in front of you. You can only hold 3 plushies and 3 crafts; if you want to take a 4th, you have to discard one to make room. After taking cards, refill the Shop Row back up to 3 plushies and 3 crafts. If either deck has run out, shuffle all discarded cards of that type to make a new deck. If there are no discarded cards, oh well, the shop is running out of stock. At the end of your turn, you can create a plushie for a customer. Take a plushie card from your inventory and add any number of craft cards to it, such that the resulting plushie has all of the traits desired by a customer. Give the new plushie a name and maybe some description, then put it and its customer in front of you, separate from your inventory. Flip over a new card from the customer pile (if any remain) to refill the Customer Row to 4. Now, your turn is over, and the player to your left takes their turn. END OF THE GAME The game is over when the last customer card has been given a plushie. At the end of the game, each player counts up the points on the customer cards in front of them. If a plushie satisfies a desired trait multiple times (such as by having two Fuzzy Fabric craft cards), that player gets an extra point for each extra trait. The player with the most points wins. Alternatively, in co-op mode, keep track of the number of turns played. The lower the turn count, the better you did! MAKING PLUSHIES To make a plushie for a customer, put one plushie card and any number of craft cards from your inventory in a stack. This stack is now a plushie, and it has all the traits of the plushie card and the craft cards. Note that you don't need to use any craft cards; if the plushie card has all of the customer's desired traits, you can use it alone (though the customers should be designed to avoid this). The traits on the plushie card are actually optional; they're more like traits the the resulting plushie can potentially have. If you use a Horse card with the pet trait, you can remove that trait from the resulting plushie and instead describe your horse as a wild mustang! The Dragon card has the large trait, but you can remove it if that doesn't fit with the name+description you want to give it. Removing traits provides no benefits mechanically, and is just for fun and flavor. You can't remove a trait if the customer desires it, however; the goal is to make a plushie that makes the customer happy!
